Living room set are important elements in most living rooms. While often the seat assembly is anchored with a larger sofa, the rest of the seating is usually created by placing chairs near the sofa. Chairs should also be placed near windows to take advantage of natural light, if space is available. Secondary groups allow people to enjoy more than one conversation in the room at the same time. This is especially important for people who enjoy entertaining guests.

Measure the dimensions of your living room set and transfer these measurements to quartz inch paper. Pull the walls so you can see the location of windows, doors, pass through, door swings, built-in cabinets, columns and other features. Be sure to measure and draw in the fireplace if you have one. Use furniture template to create scale-sized furniture that fits with your checkered paper. Draw along the inside of the template with pencil and then cut out the drawings with a scissors. The template should have examples of common furniture.

Make sure you cut out at least three different pairs of living room set to the lounge-style wide upholstered chair with armrests. Use this area rug to anchor your primary seating area. In general, this will be placed in front of your main focus. If you have a fireplace, it is usually the fireplace. Other contact points can be large windows or the wall with TV. Place the mat so that there are at least 5 feet of room on three sides from the focal point. If your room is less than 15 feet wide, you may need to place the main sofa against the wall opposite or adjacent to the fireplace.
