60 TV Stands With Mount – Installing anything on a concrete wall takes a slightly higher level of equipment than the standard pole wall installation. A percussion drill is preferable, although not necessary, as a standard drill with a bit of hard metal simply takes more time. A drill bit is required for masonry – and possibly two of them, in case one performs during work. Most TV stands follow the same basic installation process, so despite the difference in size or shape, the installation is similar.
Place the TV mount against the wall in the desired location. Adjust the TV in the mount, if necessary, to determine the proper angle and height for mounting. Remove the TV from the stand, place the stand in the desired position and rest a carpenter’s level on top to make sure it is level. Use a pencil to mark the wall with the locations of the screw fixing holes. Check your work carefully to make sure that everything is just the way you want to do it before you start drilling.

Adjust the bracket to the side of the television and drill into each one marked with a masonry drill with a jackhammer. Make sure that the drill is in the hammer setting with maximum power. Use a masonry bit that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the masonry screws, and that corresponds to the instructions on the masonry screw container. Drill the holes in the concrete at a depth of 3 inches. Place the mounting TV over the holes. Thread a 3-inch masonry screw through a washer and into each hole in the TV bracket. Tighten the screws until the TV stand is firmly fixed to the wall.
